Thursday night starts with honesty.
We’re bringing women in business into one room to talk about what’s been unfolding behind the scenes. The wins, the friction, the gaps that don’t always get acknowledged. This is a conversation you step into, not something you sit back and watch.
Voices will be shared openly. Questions will be asked in real time. Perspectives will meet each other without being filtered or polished down. The focus centers on what support actually looks like right now, especially for Black women navigating business in Charlotte.
Come ready to contribute or simply take it in. Both hold value here.
The room is meant to feel intentional and connected, so arriving on time matters. It allows you to fully be part of the dialogue as it unfolds.

An Ode to My Girls: The Fox Room Session

Friday night leans into something softer.
We’re curating an experience where the music leads. DJ Roxci sets the tone with a women-only soundtrack that moves through R&B, hip-hop, and soul, blending familiar favorites with tracks that hit just right in the moment.
Settle in with your drink, ease into your seat, and let the playlist carry you. Conversations tend to happen naturally here, in between songs, in shared reactions, in those small moments where everyone seems to be on the same wavelength.
There’s no rush to move through the night. Staying present feels easy.
Seating is first come, first serve, so coming early gives you time to get comfortable and fully take it in.

Mixed Feelings: The Tailored R&B Day Party

Sunday shifts the energy again.
Mixed Feelings returns with that signature blend of smooth sounds and expressive style. This is where music, movement, and presence all meet in the middle of the afternoon.
DJ Bezzie Beatz will be guiding the vibe from start to finish, mixing nostalgic R&B with newer sounds that keep the room in motion. One moment might feel laid back with a cocktail in hand, the next pulls you toward the floor without much thought.
The space leaves room for both. Connection and movement. Conversation and dancing. However you choose to move through it, there’s space for that.
Doors open at 3PM, and coming earlier lets you really ease into the experience before the room fills out.
Free admission makes it easy to step in, stay awhile, and let the day unfold naturally.
