Some places become part of your life before you realize it. You remember the first night you walked in. The birthday you celebrated here. The Girl Dinner that turned into hours of conversation. The cocktail class you booked on a whim. The person you met who somehow became a real friend.

Then there are the moments we may never fully see. The woman who came in alone and left feeling less alone. The entrepreneur who made a connection that opened a new door. The friends who finally found a reason to put their phones down and be present with each other.

That is what Babe Cave has always been about. And today, we’re asking you to help us keep it.

Help Us Save the Babe Cave

The vision only works if the room survives. So we’re asking for something very specific: 3,000 supporters giving $100 each. That’s the campaign.

3,000 people. $100 each. $300,000 to build the next phase of Babe Cave.

If we show up for this room together, Babe Cave has the opportunity to move beyond proof of concept and into the sustainable business it was always meant to become.

This is about keeping the doors open, yes. It’s also about making sure the future of Babe Cave is stronger than its past.

What This Room Has Always Held

Babe Cave was never created to be just another cocktail bar. We built a women-centered social house in Charlotte where hospitality, community, education, wellness, creativity, and connection could live under one roof.

This is where we gather. For promotions and birthdays. For Girl Dinner and late-night conversations. For creative classes and wellness experiences. For celebrations with our closest friends and nights when we simply needed to get out of the house.

It’s where the stories happen.

The “I met my best friend here” stories.

The “we should do this more often” stories.

The stories that start with one event and eventually become part of someone's life.

We center women because that has always been the purpose of this space. And to be clear, women-centered does not mean women-only. Everyone is welcome here. We simply believe that creating a space that intentionally supports and celebrates women is worth doing. That mission remains at the heart of everything we build.

You Helped Us Prove This Was Possible

The demand for Babe Cave has never been the question. You answered that.

Phase One raised $350,000, allowing us to build a permanent home, complete the build-out, establish the brand, and prove that Charlotte wanted a room like this.

Phase Two brought in another $150,000, helping us strengthen operations, open the Coco Room for private events, and pilot our wellness residency. Together, we’ve built something real. 87,000+ supporters. 175+ events. 10,000+ guests. 21,000+ cocktails. 50+ partnerships.

Those partnerships have generated more than $250,000 in revenue for the businesses we collaborate with, helping us extend the impact of Babe Cave beyond our own walls.

Our wellness residency also showed us what happens when we invest in the whole woman, growing revenue by 200% with almost no investment. Women are already here. The community is already here. The concept works. Now we have to build the business infrastructure that allows it to keep going.

The Honest Part

We have always wanted Babe Cave to be honest with its community.

So here it is.

Proof of concept is not the same thing as a sustainable business.

We have proven that people want this space. Phase Three is about building the systems that make it financially sustainable.

Women-owned hospitality businesses remain significantly underfunded, and concepts like ours are often expected to prove themselves with fewer resources and less access to traditional capital.

Rooms like this are rare for a reason. They are difficult to keep. We’ve also learned exactly where the gaps are.

Outsourcing food has cost Babe Cave more than $200,000 in sales that should have remained within the business. Without a coffee program, expanding into daytime hours becomes difficult because we cannot simply stay open longer without creating sustainable revenue.

We don't need to reinvent Babe Cave. We need to strengthen what is already working.

Where Your $100 Goes

Every dollar raised through this campaign supports four revenue-generating programs designed to create a stronger and more sustainable Babe Cave.

The Kitchen

An in-house kitchen allows us to bring food sales back home. It strengthens our existing events while creating more opportunities through catering and private events. Instead of sending that revenue elsewhere, we can reinvest it into the business and the experiences we create here.

The Coffee Program

Coffee changes what Babe Cave can be during the day. It gives us an opportunity to become an all-day destination while creating consistent daily revenue. A place to meet a friend, work for a few hours, take a break, or simply spend time in the space.

The Beauty Program

Our wellness residency proved that this part of our mission has real potential. A 200% increase in revenue showed us that women are looking for experiences that support more than one part of their lives.

The Beauty Program expands that opportunity through programming, retail, and onsite services created for the whole woman. Beauty belongs here. Wellness belongs here. Taking care of yourself belongs here.

The Membership

Community is powerful. Recurring community is sustainable. A membership program creates consistent revenue that does not depend on one event, one Friday night, or one packed room. It also gives us the opportunity to create deeper, higher-value experiences for the people who want Babe Cave to be part of their regular lives.

This is how we build a future that is less dependent on constantly starting over.
